CIA Company Dancers are select dancers that not only show an understanding of proper technique and choreography retention, but also are exceptionally committed to advancing both their personal and collaborative dance abilities through competition. Company dancers will represent Chavarria Institute of the Arts at both regional and national level dance competitions.

Company requires not only talented, committed dancers, but also very special and dedicated parents. Being part of the CIA Company is a substantial financial and time commitment from both the parent and the student.
